Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges or simply curious about creative self-expression, let’s embark on this journey together. I love being creative myself and expressing myself in all sorts of ways. I would say I’m an emotional person, reflective and care deeply about music, relationships, animals, nature, personal development, podcasts, cooking, health & wellbeing.
As well as working as an Art Therapist, I also work as a Senior Mental Health Peer Support Worker, PeerEducator and Supervisor in a hospital setting. Sharing intentionally my lived/living experience of managing weight, confidence issues and mental health challenges and Recovery. I am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people can explore their feelings, strengthen their self-worth, and discover new ways to cope and connect.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and grounded in both professional training and real-life understanding. I focus on listening to peoples unique experiences, strengths and what they feel is important to move toward. Doing with not for.
Through creativity, compassion, and gentle guidance, I hope to support you to express yourself, heal, and grow — at your own pace.
